New rules and regulations for taxi drivers in Egypt

Starting from today all taxi drivers have to hang their urine sample on their rear-view mirror for safety and security reasons.

Officials say that “thanks to the strict rules that were placed ages ago, all taxi drivers now have their license and registration papers  up to date, everyone has his seat-belt fastened while listening to mellow music that’s both soothing and revitalizing.”

“We want our drivers to be in their healthiest form and keep them that way, so now we are introducing a new rule where we will be checking urine samples to see if the drivers are fit to work for 16 hours a day without having to suffer from fatigue or any other sorts of frustration”

So the government took the initiative to try and fix the streets of Cairo, but there is a but. Here is the signs they’ve installed for the pedestrians that want to cross the street… It’s a RUNNING MAN, what happened to the walking man? So unless you can run really fast don’t bother crossing the road, if you can’t run then start working out cause thats the only way you will be able to cross the road. Oh and if you are old or a handicap then don’t even bother getting out of your place.
